On your first visit to the practice our priority is to listen carefully so that we understand your objectives and concerns before we undertake a gentle but comprehensive examination. Then we can help you to understand your current level of health and inform you of all your treatment choices, as well as the pro's and con's of the various options so that you can choose the best treatment plan to suit your personal objectives.

You will be given a full estimate of the likely costs and if for any reason you decide not to choose us to provide for your care there will be no charge for your consultation. We will also be happy to let you have any x-ray films we may have taken to avoid the need for further exposures in the future.

Children of regular private patients can be seen under the NHS and treated free of charge.

If treatment is required we take every care to ensure your complete comfort. We use surface anaesthetic creams to numb the gum before giving injections and our policy is that you remain in control at all times.

For some however, we understand that no matter how much care we take, treatment remains an ordeal. We understand and appreciate these concerns and welcome the very nervous patient to the practice without fear of embarassment. We can offer a full range of safe sedation techniques to assist the very nervous to accept treatment in complete comfort.
